                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF MOORE ROAD MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5, 1990
                   FOR THE "BRAINERD HIGH SCHOOL HOMECOMING
                   PARADE" UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF BRAINERD
                   HIGH SCHOOL.
                  
                  
                                                      
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of the northbound curb lane of Moore Road
       between Midland Pike and the Brainerd High School Gym Entrance
       (the north driveway) on Friday, October 5, 1990, from 6:30 p.m. 
to
       8:30 p.m. for the presentation of the Brainerd High School
       Homecoming Parade under the sponsorship of Brainerd High Sschool
       provided that the sponsor shall set out and pick up traffic cones 

       and traffic signs in accordance with the traffic control plan
       attached hereto and shall provide, at all times, an access lane
       for fire and other emergency vehicles.
